| Thrashers Girls U13 step up to win Silver |

The Blizzard Thrashers Girls U13 Tier I won Silver in the Father's Day Tournament in Medicine Hat. June 16-17. They were entered into a U14 Tier I grouping and after a three game Round Robin the girls qualified to play in the Gold medal match against the Lethbridge Chargers. At half time there was no score. It was a tight game and with 5 minutes left in the game the Chargers scored to end the game at 1-0. Congratulations on winning silver!!
