It was an exremely hot Saturday during the 13th Annual President's Cup May long weekend tournament held in Calgary. The Blizzard Bullets Girls U14 team won their first game 1-0 against a very strong PSA Thunder team. On Sunday the Bullets played their rivals Blizzard Wildcats and continued their shut out game with another 1-0 win which put them in the Gold medal match on Monday morning. Perfect weather and the Bullets holding 70% of play but could not break the 1-1 tie which went to a shoot out. After 6 rounds of penalty kicks the Bullets had to settle for 2nd place against the NSDSC Wizards.
