Season Calendar Overview

The dates below are to provide you with a general overview of the indoor season.  Specific dates and games days are provided each season by CMSA in their official calendar and league structure documents which can be found below.

Registration and Fees

To join our Club please visit our website under RegistrationFees for the upcoming season will be fully outlined prior to registration.  To provide parents with an idea on cost, for the 2016/17 indoor season, registration fees were between $395 to $550 depending on your child’s age and tier.  In addition to registration fees, players in tiers 1 through 3 also had a mandatory technical fee ranging from $275 to $820 depending on their age and tier.  Fees for players in the U4 to U8 age group were $245 per player. 

Blizzard wants every child to have the opportunity to play soccer, regardless of a family’s economic situation and encourages anyone requiring financial assistance to apply to Kidsport Calgary prior to registration at www.kidsport.ab.ca.  Parents should also feel free to contact Alan Rickwood, our general manager at gm@calgaryblizzard.com to discuss other financial options.

Where We Train

During the indoor season Blizzard teams train primarily on Field 4 at the Calgary West Soccer Centre on Bearspaw Dam Road NW. Teams will also utilize various practice gyms throughout NW Calgary depending on their age group and tier.

All games within the CMSA league are held at city owned facilities such as the Subway Soccer Centre, Calgary West Soccer Centre and the Genesis Soccer Centre. Some games may also be scheduled at facilities in Cochrane, Airdrie and Okotoks.
