Congratulations to Blizzard Porto and Blizzard Rangers, U18 Provincial Champions! Both teams capped off undefeated seasons by winning the Provincial Championships this weekend.
Porto showed once again that persistent proper play will see the season through and finish with another Provincial Gold Medal. This 2001/2000 squad has now earned 2 Provincial Gold Medals and Two Provincial Silvers, along with two Gold, and two Silver City Championships in 4 straight seasons.
Adding to their accomplishment this year is the fact that half of the girls are still U16, and the other half are first year U18’s….but they are all Porto. A stellar group of ladies… Congratulations.
